i finished my MBA (MARKETING) in 2003 before that i done BCA (COMPUTER APPLICATION) after this i worked as sales executive in hutch for the period of 8 months , and left it because unsucessfull in sales, and there is short break , after that i worked as sales executives in DWI selling books in this case also i failed after that i worked as asst administrater in iswarya construction dealing with accounts and office adminstration some what done , i facing communication problem and stammering , not fluency in english , now i am not working any more , usualy i wont compare with others , but to day my father and my mother scolding me that my friends doing well but i am not know what to do , i am not having confidence on me and please help me in order change myself and upleft my life style i am waiting for your golden words to receive

I'm a brand new employee, not even there a week, and the person I replaced trains me on everything in a solid day (fine, I can train myself, done it before) and then I find that all her duties have been delegated out to other people in the company. Trying to get these items back is like asking a crocodile if it would like you to paint its nails. Help?

I been harased at my job by the asian people. the white leave me alone by asian talk in chinese or somethin and they always pointing at me and laugh. the other black lady that work there know chinese and she say they calling us monkeys and i don't like that. can I file a suitcase? cause i don't like when the jackman be giving me the me-mo, but i cant get no other job cause of my constant diary rear. can you get disability for cronic diary rear?

he has gotten fired from two different furnace jobs.he was told he is not fast enough and, does not know what he is doing diagnoising things. he said they lie. nothing is never his fault.always someone elses. i do feel bad and sorry for him. he is a very hard worker and i have seen him do good work but not on his job. could the company be right?? i told him kindly he should either take a refresher or do something else. he said no he knows it all. im a nurse and still dont know it all as things always change and realize and admit this. thats reality and fact. we all at times need to keep up with classes to better ourselfs. he has a bad attitude at work. especially if someone tells him an easier way and are younger. i have no problem with it as younger people do know more at times.as they are up on the newest as they come in. sorry for misspelled words 4-give me.

Hi everyone my name is Anahi female 22 and i live at hayes and harlington west london im orig latin but born in the uk i speak fluent english and spanish but i dont have a levels or a degree and i am not in the possibilty to do them for now plus i dont have no work expirence im despreatlly looking for a job any kind to be honest some friends said that customer service would suit me nice but the thing is that they allways ask for a cv and degree or a level im desprate i dont know what to do help !!!

There is a debate going on at uni regarding project management skills. I say that you can have the correct mind set to be a project manager but still lack basic skills to carry out the job effectively. The best way to ensure that these skills are in place is by education. Does anyone have any good articles which would back me up on this? (or convince me otherwise?)

Does your superior telling you to slap customers on the a** (+ making you make the motion,), telling you to act sexy giving samples away, making you do work not part of the work agreement (having people sign up for something on a small computer, when you are supposed to just be handing out free stuff) constantly high fiving you, touching your upper arms, saying his shoes are worth more money than you are making, telling you to tell people you are giviing away asian babies, constantly swearing (dont mind so much, except a few specific swears the fact that it was in a public work place (supposed to be professional) taking pills (that get you "jacked up")
not giving you proper paperwork to get paid (or info about harassment protection, etc)
and then firing you (when you don't flirt back with him) and not telling you, letting you get to work & then still not telling you
& waiting for you to call someone else)
and not being able to get paperwork for weeks
give you grounds for action?
