i am planning to settel in new zealand. my uncle is there and says it is a good place to earn

You wouldn't automatically qualify because your uncle lives there, but it would certainly help your application. There is a points system in operation, so you basically get points for a whole range of things, including age, work experience, qualifications, etc - check http://www.immigration.govt.nz for details.

No you will have to emigrate there just like everyone else. But you would get extra points for having a relative there.

The NZ economy is actually quite small and the competition for jobs is very fierce. Actually I left NZ because I found it hard to get good jobs. And quite a few company head offices are being moved to Australia.

You might actually be better off moving to Australia. More jobs available there.

A close friend of mine settled there a few years ago. Both him and his girlfriend had to have £80,000 EACH and a potential job lined up BEFORE they could live there.

no !!!! you have to qualify under their immigration rules , but with family already there you should have no problems !! good luck and i dont blame you wanting to go
