I live in the monterey bay, I go to school part time and work full time. My days are also kind of full with volunteer work. But I'm looking for something to keep myself occupied during the evenings. I currently live with my parents, but the commute to school and work everyday is too long so trying to save up to move to my own apartment closer to my destinations. Anybody have any suggestions on how to make some extra cash? Anything would help. Day or night. Doesn't matter the time of day. Any ideas?

This fall I start clinical rotations for my degree in laboratory science. I will be going Monday through Friday 7am-3pm for 2 semesters. How the heck am I supposed to work to pay rent and stuff when my clinicals are practically a full time job (that I'm NOT compensated for)?

I am 20 years old andI never graduated H.S., However I did earn a GED. Married a man last year, the most wonderful man, ever! He served two years in Iraq and he made me do a complete 160 degree turn on my life. He put so much ambition and determination in my life, I couldn't thank him enough. He wants to put me into college, because he wants us to get our lives on track. Although, I have no idea what I want to do for the rest of my life. There is nothing that interests me. We broke it down from topic to topic from profession to profession and I couldn't come up with a thing. Any experience a similiar problem?

They decided that I was doing a better job as a waiter/manager. Then any manager in the past. They gave me a small raise, and asked me to continue. After 10 years it has become so succesfull that they are expanding the resteraunt, and have told me that they want me to manage only. The money is way better just being a waiter. If I dont take the manager job, they are going to hire someone else. Either way I take a pay cut for doing a good job

i have been off work now for two weeks, with anxiety and stress, the doctor has given me 6weeks off to get better.
The reason why i am off is due to what i do, i work as a care and support worker, with the council i work with adults with learning problems, been doing this now for 2 years.
Its not the clients that are the cos of me being off its the management, i have been putting up with the crap for far too long and its finally took its toll on me, with my health.
What i would like to know is, they have already seen me at my house twice since i have been off, they have arranged counselling for me, which i will go to, but they are constanly phoning me all the time, got a letter in today saying that they want me to attend a meeting with them on valentines day, with the two main bosses.
Im in no fit state to attend this meeting, as they are gonna be really nasty to me, cos thats what they are like. Im off due to work why can't they leave me alone until im a bit better instead of haslin.

Does someone have a job for me? I have been looking and looking and sending out resumes and interviewing, but all without any result. I am lost and have no clue as to what to do anymore. I have tried everything. This last one held me in suspense for 3 weeks just to tell me they could not afford me. ???? what kind of an excuse is that? They probably did not hear about salary negotiations. Anyway, any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

I am considering going to school to become a Radiology Tech in the Spring. I know that there are certain math requirements for the program. However, I was curious as to what exactly the Tech does that involves math (and how they go about it, if possible). Also, do you have to know an extensive amount of physics or simply what pertains to the job (again... how is that knowledge used on the job)? Any information would be greatly appreciated! :)
