My doubt is, when you took the final interview with Disney did you go all dressed formal to give an executive look, or did you go normal like in levis to appear fun, normal and outgoing? Thank you.for your answers....

I went all dressed up. But once u're working there u will realize disney hires anyone!!!! I saw some freaks working for disney!!! anywas but the college program was fun. well the parties were!! work sucks i had workweeks of 70 hours per week,, sometimes worked 10 or 11 days in a row with no days off.. but eyyy it's disney.. and don;'t miss out on the vista parties!!! have fun down there

Dress up always. They don't care if you're cool, they want to know if you can clean up and be presentable to our guests. They hire the attitude and teach the aptitude.
