This requires handling by a professional. Nowadays, you get expert advices on filling up a resume in job related sites. You can also do a google search CVs and Profiles or Resume or something like that. You will get a host of sites.

2. Next, your answer will depend on whether you want to serve in domestic market or searching international waters. Two different types of CVs are required in these two areas. Employers do not need your personal stories. They would want to know what are your academic achievements and then professional studies. Then comes experience. Last of all come your personal details as to address, contact numbers, hobbies and other interests worth communicating in a CV.

3. Why don't you start with what is needed of a Medical Assistant. Study this at some site. Then if you have questions, let me know. I may be of help. (I am not a medical man).

how about turning your personal profile into your passion for the field and how you have used that passion to help others. Refering to your desire to work since you dont have actual experience.
