We got a new additin to our team recently. She has been with us for about a month now, and in my working career, I have never come across anybody so loud, nosy, and annoying to clients. When she is on the phone, the whole office can hear her. She spends uneccessarily long time on the phone to clients, driving up the workload. She also has a very annoying habit of giving out irrelevant infomation on the business's internal procedures and its services. The others within the team are beginnng to get very annoyed with her. Do you think we should speak to the boss about her?

Hiya,
I'm an Italian student and I'm just about to graduate in Foreign Languages (English and Spanish) and Communication Studies here in Italy.
I'm moving to England in March and I'm looking to pursue a career in Marketing.
Where do I start? All I've done so far is applying for a CIM Marketing part-time course at College.
I haven't really got any work experience at all.
What should I do when I first get to England?
Get myself a temp job or a permanent one (Admin or something like that)?
Do some work experience at weekends?
Help!

I am 25 and have severe asthma, I'm on a cocktail of drugs and under a Thoracic consultant. I have a new job but have had to have a couple of days here and there off. I am under a 3 month probation period and am really worried that I will not be kept on. I need to work as I'm a single parent. Anyone else in this situation? Do you know if I have any rights? I am at work most of the time and I work hard but my boss thinks asthma is all in people heads rather than a life threatening condition. My consultant is writing to her to tell her how severe my asthma is etc but I don't know if that will make things worse. Please help as I'm feeling really stressed. xxxx

I'm halfway through a degree and a bit clueless as to what to do afterwards. My CV is a bit on the empty side, so I know I need to get some work experience over the summer. Should I take any job, even if it is something like customer service, or should I try and find something a bit more focused towards a potential career?

I registered with this recruitment agency and was supposed to have a meeting last week but that had to be rescheduled. When I phoned up today to arrange a new date for the meeting, I was asked to bring in my passport (something that wasn't mentioned before). The lady said it was so that they knew people were who they said they were, but again, this is something she didn't mention before. For the record, I've got a British passport but this just seems strange to me. No agency has ever asked me this before. I'm thinking it might be because I haven't got an English-sounding surname.

Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
