I had a group interview and after that i had a 1 on 1 interview ... and now they called me and told me to come to talk to the ressource humain guy ... what is this deos it mean im hired ... and are they going to make me work tonight or just sign some papers

Some companies require three interviews before they make a decision. Sounds like you are on the last one today. And no, I really don't think they would want you to start working tonight without telling you that. Good luck Home Depot is a good place to work.

It most likely means that you are hired. Your first night is probabley going to be paperwork,store tours & orientation.
