I'm leaving my current job for an opportunity of growth. I have a desire for knowledge and therefore, moving forward will increase my knowledge in this area.

I've come to realize that what I'm currently doing is not satisfying to me. I have and always have had a desire for this field, so I've decided to change directions and do what I feel will make me happy, and what I know I can excel at.

Crack humour, "Oh, don't you worry! It won't be too long before it dawns on me that better prospects, better salary, better opportunities, more responsibilities rests with this job! I am out of the job just to see what I would be missing then! I 'll be back within no time! Hope you won't ask then, "Why are you back to this job and how soon are you going to quit it?"

Though I enjoy my current job, this position will allow for more opportunity for growth and skills development. I would also like to use my _____ skills that I am not using in my current job, but will use in this position.

If u r in a large co. & are moving into a smaller co. then the obvious answer could be some thing to the effect of, "I would like to be a bigger man in a smaller organisation".
If u plan to join a bigger co. then its much easier. "Looking for a larger canvas, better opportunities that include learning & better ambience for growth.
