Hi there
My best advise would be to contact your local Cab office (citizens Advice Bureau). Sound like there are a few issues there and each appear to have breached some of the guidelines set down for employers/employee relationship. It is against the law to prejudice due to appearance etc and monetary issues are always best looking into will al the relevant details. The number of your local CAB office will be in the phone book, you can either contact them and arrange and appointment or drop in (they often have hours set aside for this). At best they will put you in contact worth someone who can act on your behalf on monetary issues and at worst provide you will leaflets containing all the relevant legislation's that may have been breached by your husbands employers
Good luck!

Join a union! You can contact ACAS even if not in a union, just for advice. Also the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Good luck.

I'm sorry about your husband difficult time at work. Perhaps I could help with his skin condition. If you'd like to email me with symptoms.I may be able to make suggestions for healing.

Companies are not required to pay bonuses unless certain conditions have been met. If your husband insulted his manager, then he has bad cards.
To be honest, from the way you attempted to describe the situation I can't really decipher what exactly you are trying to ask. What you wrote is not very coherent, and if your husband expresses himself the same way, I can see where the problem may be.
