What to answer in an interview , if they ask that "what r u weekness and strong ponts"??

I am applying for jobs involving numbers/figure work/statistics. Can you tell me which job sites on the internet are most likely to hold these type of vacancies? Similarly, which newspapers/magazines/journals are most likely to have vacancies along this nature of work?

Finally, apart from the job title of a statistician, what other job titles (such as a data analyst), can be given to this type of job role?

He's a great guy to work for, so I wanted to get him a little something.
(just a gift certificate to his favorite lunch spot)
Not sure how to present it:
Do I put my name on it? - Part of me wants him to know how much he's appreciated.
Or Do I make anonymous? - Don't want to look like I'm asking for special treatment.

This lady just came in to my work w/ her dog. her dog is one of those white little ugly things...forget the name...it has on a yellow raincoat and the owner is holding a big yellow umbrella over it. The dog is growling at everyone and she told me to get it a cup of coffee. I work at a bank.

I am currently updating my resume and I do not know if I should list two separate job titles on my resume (with different job tasks) or just replace the old job title with my new one and add more experience/skills to that column. What is the recommended action; please provide any sources with your answer.

l had an interview at a store and l was in time for my interview.My social security card was collected by one of the employees at the human resource office, in a very few minutes she came back with my ssc and told me the human resource manager wasn't around .l was given a card to call and check wether she was available.l'm confussed of wether to call or to give up on the job n why did she take my ssc when the hrm wasn't around.Can anybody help me l'm confussed

Hi there,
I had a job interview last week for a job as a publicist for a book publishing company. I have a second interview tomorrow and have prepared a 10 minute presentation on a marketing plan for a specific book. I also plan to give them a 'mock up' of a press kit that i would issue if i was actually carrying out the marketing plan.
I am nervous as i have never done a presentation for an interview before and have a lot riding on this one as i was made redundant a few weeks ago.
Any tips would be gratefully recieved!

I live near L.A. and I want to get an agent over Christmas break. I don't know exactly how I go about getting one. Do I just pop into, say Ford Model Agency, and say "Look at me!!!"? I work in an office that has a flexi time policy. The office policy is to be at your desk by around 8.30am. We do not work in a service industry and therefore have no direct contact to customers. The hitch is I am employed by an angency and placed inside this company. The agency is now threatening to fine me money from my wages because I have not adhered to the agencies time keeping policy of being in the office by 8am. I arrived between the hours of the company where I am placed. Is the agency allowed to fine me money?
