She was in Katria in New Orleans and will never be able to get the house repaired in New Orleans, she is single with no children and willing to travel. She has been living with me since Katria but now I'm retiring, selling my house and moving to TN. Please if you can help let us know. She would also make a very good live-in caretaker.

I would like to know what the normal daily activitys might be for an LPN and an RN working at a hospital vs. nursing home?? And is there a degree needed to work as an activities assistant in a nursing home?? and what are those daily activities requred?? please help I'm interested in getting into one of these fields thanks. I've worked a job for almost 10 months, and I guess you can say I've hated it since day 1. I stuck it out, because it's only a year-long job, and the end of one year I receive a scholarship and a bonus which was the reason why I took the job to begin with. Anyway, I have enough horror stories from the past 10 months, but I've managed to survive. I've cried, threatened to quit, blah blah, but I've always talked myself into staying for the rewards at the end. However, today just set me over the edge. I was degraded by a coworker for not knowing my work schedule, or so she says, when I showed up EARLY for work. She has a higher position than I do, but she isn't my direct boss. I felt so horrible to be treated like a 2-year old, that I left. Now I'm afraid she's going to tell my boss what happened, and of course, he'll take her side. I know I could get in trouble for leaving, but I couldn't stay there anymore. Any advice on how to survive the next 2 months?

i have a job to go to onthe weekend but its with someone i do not like working with and it pays 10/hr and i want to do it for my job coach because he chose me and another two people but i dont want to do it because i dont feel like it and i dont like a certain someone but i dont want to let anyone down and i might have to go to my sisters for the weekend so i probably wont be able to go . so what should i do.?

I went and actually applied for the job today
-- My pay will be $3.50 an hour (Not including tips), And I hear most only get $2.00 - $2.15.

The only problem i'm worried about is not making as much as I would at a regular job, Where I wouldnt be serving tables.

Do the tips I get make up for less salary?

i have this collegue who whenever i offer to help, he just refuses or simply ignores me. i swear i'm just trying to help. i have 10 yrs experience and this is his first job (but he's not young) i keep telling myself "shut ip, don't say anything" but sometimes i can't controll myself. i even put my earphones on so that i won't listen to stuff happening around me .... i know, iam stupid and i should stop trying to help, but i do enjoy helping others... maybe i should become a social worker, huh?
