Out side of the house, if my parents had extra money to pay me, i wouldn't need a job. and all my relatives live in another state. and i don't want to end up as a prostitute, stripper, or pole dancer.

-Independently owned businesses (Mom & Pop stores will usually hire young people as cashiers, stockers etc., )
-Newspaper Carrier
-Restaurant (Dishwasher etc.)

ALSO try the carts at a mall, those little specialty shops in the main hall, those are owned by ordinary schmoes, who usually need some help.

Talk to friends and neighbors. People are getting charged ridiculous rates for cleaning and yardcare and such all the time. If you become known as a responsible, reliable youngin there shouldn't be any lack of work.
It doesn't sound like much, but I've never known anybody worth a hoot that didn't start with the unglamorous, low paying hard jobs. How you handle doing the things you need to do but don't really want to will define you more than all the cushy jobs in the world could.
