about a week ago i had an interview at lowes. this was my first interview ever. she started asking questions, which i expected, but then she asked what was my biggest weakness or something i couldnt do well. i told her wearing heels... needless to say no ones called me or returned my calls. tomorrow i have an interview for krogers. does anyone have any tips or something i could say for weaknesses? i get EXTREMELY nervous, more nervous than A LOT of other people do when i have to answer questions like that. i hate bragging about myself so i dont know how i can overcome this or what to say. anything will help....
Thank you in advanced!

I guess it's time for me to inform my collegues n boss of my pregnancy as i have to go for a frequent check up(eg. once a month and getting frequent until i deliver). Now the problem is i'm really stress of how to let my boss n also the collegues know.Should I tell my collegues 1st before i inform my boss?I seldom see my big boss as it's a partnership company. All i meet everyday is the minor partners therefore the big boss might not even care of my appearance.I afraid that the minor partners is not as considerate as they are. They might fired me after knowing i am pregnant as i have to take up maternity leave in a few months time and have to absence for check up frequently. There is no rules in our company saying of how to handle a pregnant lady since i only started working for 5 months. This mean when i had maternity leave, i still not yet 1 year in this company.Should i wrote a letter to my big boss telling him i am pregnant n not to fired me as i need this job very much or otherwise?

I was offered a high paying job that requires me to travel. I signed the appointment letter with a high profile head hunting agency. After thinking about it two days later, I realised that I am not ready for this job at all. I text msg the head hunter and told her that I wish to withdraw my application. I feel really bad as its a integrity issue and I promised that I really really want the job initially. But after thinking it over as I have panic attacks so fllying is out of the question, I decided to reject the job. The problem is that I have signed and promise and now I am backing out, so I feel really bad. How do I handle this?

I work for a major company in Boston and all employees in my branch happen to be African American except me. There are roughly 50 employees in this branch. I have a Bachelors degree and am one of 3 IT personnel. I have been with the company for 6 years and have had excellent reviews quarterly. The only thing negative said in any review was by my last supervisor who said I need to be more social around the office. I have tried, but I am ignored when I speak. Often when I try to speak up, it will break up any conversation. One of the IT personnel I work with started less than a year ago and has an Associates degree. He has just been promoted to job I was trying to get. I work long and hard and have stayed late almost every day I've been there and never asked for overtime. He is a strict 8 to 4:30 guy. Should I bring this up to the home office? Is this racial discrimination? Can a white person be discriminated against since they are not a minority?

There are alot of tech schools out there but some are too expensive and others seem too cheap or unreliable.
I'm looking for a school that is alittle well known or is away from the "stranger" or "unknown" radar.

Devry is not on my list. I've tried but things didn't work out during the registration. (Something about the US military and Devry and money problems.)

I'm looking for a college with small size classes (not those jumble size stadium ones), and one that will actually "TEACH" you the things you need to know.
I don't want to do this multiple times for a CIS degree. I want to go to a reliable school.

I prefer "Hand-ons" so online classes is out of the question. I heard going online is not the best idea for CIS degree let alone any IT degree.

Please help. Im in great need of help.
