I worked for my company for 2 years. My job was to help people that are injured get back to work. I put 6 people back in the past 2 months- all of them earning the same or more as before they got hurt. Sounds like great performance, right? Well, I was told it was "commendable" then let go because the company does not have enough cases and I can file for unemployment. I was then told he was going to have to aske me for my key, which is normal albeit humiliating but then he deactivated me from the company website before I was done with the day's reports(today was my last day) knowing that I still had to do them and walked me to my car(!!!!) to get the company cell phone back- which I could just as easily have brought back upstairs. He made me feel like I was not even human. Has anyone else had an experience like this where you are treated like s--t for no good reason?

The team of people I work with are amazing. We all get along well. We help each other. We are a goofy group of people that have fun getting through our jobs everyday and enjoy meeting goals.
We have a new executive team lead- who is new to our company. He has made comments about how we are not viewed a professional by other executives and that we are not team players. The people in the other departments we work with everday always email us nice comments back about how we do our jobs. Should we send the emails on to the new executive without comment- everytime we get them?
Our manager and her manager have gone to bat for us- but things are really tense now.

Last year I have gained a new supervisor on my job. first meeting her she was told negitive things about me by two employees that does not like me anyway. when meeting her I introduced myself first. and she did not want to give eye contact, nor shake hands. I have a career outside this job that require me to attend court maybe once a year. she gave me pure hell to be able to attend court she tried to stop me from going. since then she's nice some days, sometimes you never no what angle she is comming from. there was some information that she passed on to me. then her supervisor had a mix up on a situation with another co-worker of mine. some other info was given to my co-worker by telephone a new message. then my supervisor screams at me when I'm explaining the situation. my supervisor yelled at me in front of a lot of people.

I was hired for a part time position and my employer knows that I am working part time at another place. They want me to work full time now but I refused and they're threatening to terminate me because I cannot work full time. I'm still on probation and I've only worked there for a month. I'm not sure what my rights are. Please advise!!

I went to an interview last Saturday at a local Papa John's pizza restaurant. The interview seemed to be going really well, I liked the interviewer ( who I guess is my "would be" supervisor), and he even hinted the hours I wanted to work would actually be perfect for the job he needed to fill. He told me that they would call me at the end of next week if I got the job. So I waited until now. What should I do?
