I haven't done one but I have considered one a couple of times. ...The professional ones sound okay, but if you're talking that Walt Disney World College Program thing they do for a semester or so where you do basic jobs in the parks, think it over carefully. (or ask you parents to sit through the recruiting video with you and get their honest opinions)

I saw their recruiting video presentations on this...twice. The first time I was thinking ..wow sounds cool. The second time (older and wiser) I realized how much it was sugar coated and fake sounding. ...You get to do jobs you can do in any fast food restaurant or retail store in your home town ..but you get to do them down in DisneyWorld for minimum wage pay..and most of your money goes towards paying the rent in the places they require you to stay.

And what "experience" do you get that's better than any general fast food/retail place? And if you host a ride or something do you want to be stuck saying that schpeel 1,000 times a day every day for six months or whatever? The only difference is you get into the park for free ..... but how great is that after like, the first couple of weeks?

Anyway, like I said, haven't done it. Just my thoughts on it as an outsider.
