As long as your pants fit you and there aren't any other problems with your clothing you should be fine. Although you will, to some extent, be evaluated on te way you are dressed, as long as your entire ensemble ok (ie. pressed clean shirt, ironed slacks, clean tie) you should be ok without a belt. it depends on the position you're interviewing for. if it's management, you need a belt. if it is an associate position and you're young the outfit is just fine. good luck

if the pants have belt loops get a belt

If your pants are able to stay on you without a belt, then it should be okay.
