All my life I've been in the aviation industry. From drawing my 1st plane at 5 yrs old to loading bags, fueling, aero. engineer, air traffic control, private pilot, & prep for a career in airport mgmt., I obtained a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aero. U. (911 ended that). In between I worked 4 years in private & commercial security as a security officer & supvr. Since August of 2002, I've managed a 4 unit rental unit w/all of its adventures; dealing w/bad tenants, collecting rents, advertizing, paying insurance & taxes and maintenance, etc. while teaching professionally - basic aviation courses - for a small, local university in Miami, FL until the Aviation Magnet Program was canceled by Miami-Dade County due to political reasons. From '76-'81 I was also a US military leader.
I"m 49 now & want a career where I can use my education, knowledge, human psychology, expert computer, managerial & leadership skills, etc., for the best profit.
Any career suggestions?
