There are some great answers here on this board. It's nice to see others have done this and survived.
Adjust your diet - lose the coffee, sodas, junk food. And if the energy drinks/power bars work for you, definitely consider them. Try to eat a good hearty lunch midday. Don't skimp on food.
I'm not sure your have scheduled enough sleep time. You're going to need a minimum 4 hrs of sleep, uninterrupted. "Trick" your brain - change into pjs, darken the room, cool temp not warm in the room, maybe even a sound machine if you can sleep with one. Devote yourself to that sleep time but don't rush into the house fullspeed and expect to sleep right away. I don't recommend sleeping pills of any kind.
Definitely trim your "prep" time down - short hair, little makeup, quick change clothes. And do eat breakfast
Good luck and take care of yourself...

RE:
How do you get sleep when working 2 full time jobs?
I know that I'm not the only CRAZY person in this world, but I am about to start working 2 full time jobs (9am-5.30pm & 11pm - 7am) as a Secretary and a Hotel Front desk Host. I've always had 1 full time and 1 part time job, so I'm used to distributing my energy that way.
How should I...

I just started working 2 full time jobs myself. I use the first 15min of my lunch to eat a good meal, set an alarm and sleep the rest of the hour. I use a break room and turn the lights off. If you have even an hour between jobs, drive home quickly and safely as possible to catch a beautiful power nap on your own bed if possible. Eating healthy AND hearty is the next step. I personally exercise as often as possible and am drinking casein and whey isolated proteins. If you are of slender build and at least one of your jobs consist of physical activity, I would suggest taking casein in the morning WITH breakfast it's not too heavy and it helps keep your aminos up and fuller longer. Still eat lunch and if you have 2 physical jobs or work out as well or are really skinny drink whey protien WITH lunch and dinners. This actually helps a lot. If you think that's too much for your tummy or if your not slender and afraid of gaining weight you can take natural proteins like "Raw Protien"

I had two jobs, last year when I lived in San Diego, California.
I would do this, at costco buy a flat of Rockstar energy drink, slowly drink this over the shift.
I figured out a place to sleep at the second job for power naps, at my job it was a library. Get a cell phone where you can set a alarm to wake you for twenty minutes power nap.

The feelings that we have, whether they are pain, nausia, or discomfort, all serve a biological purpose. They are our body's way of changing our behavior. For example, if you touch something hot, you instinctively pull away - you're body is causing pain so you don't get burned. Clearly, you are living a heavy-duty lifestyle. Between an overwhelming work load, and lack of sleep, your body isn't finding time to rest and recuperate. Your body is creating Nausia for a purpose - to modify your behavior. Nausia makes it harder to be active, which is your body's way of trying to force you to rest. Your body is realizing that sleepiness and fatigue haven't been enough to convince you to give your body the rest it requires. The nausia is basically your body sending your brain and nervous system a signal - REST! My advice is talk to your manager or supervisor and tell them you haven't been feeling well. Nothing is more important than your health, and if you keep ignoring the messages your body is sending you, it will be difficult to feel better. Your body can adapt to the stress of your lifestyle, but there are limits.

I used to have schoool and almost full-time on a job. I survived by managing my time and planning ahead, but I would say that it would be really bad for your health...So you should quit one of the jobs!
