Unfortunately, women make lousy bosses. Either file a grievance with your Human Resources Department or get a job elsewhere !

If your boss is truly being unreasonable, more than simply a personality conflict, you do have a right to report it. She does not have the right to put you down, harrass you, slander you or embarass you. Depending on who you work for, there may be a number that you can call to have it delt with by the company itself. (usually these are required to be posted in the breakroom if they exist in your place of employment)

If you don't have that number, you need to take it to the labor board (again, depending on which industry you work in, the place you need to report to may vary)

Check the posters and flyers (that should be) posted on the walls in a prominate location either in your breakroom or lockerroom. There may be resources available there. Check your company website as well.

No boss is going to be perfect or to your liking. They're not there to be your friend, they're there to be your boss. Welcome to life.
