STAR = Situation Task Action Result ...I worked for American Express for many years in many different roles .... I must admit one thing they do often is training ... when the interviewer ask you questions they typically want to know what you have done&what you can bring to the table&your thought process...so a typically question "is tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult client/cstomer" ... or "tell me how you handled a employee that was under performing" ... use STAR ....tell the interviewer the situation....the task in question...and the action you used to resolve it...and the end result..always give a postive result if if you have to make it up...and dress professional&have a pen handy...the interviewer may ask"do you have a pen"not really needing one but to see if you are prepared/organized

Mention "Adaptive Provisioning", and use some Engineering logo (in the right text), but don't use too many big words. Look your potential employer in the eye with your replies, and answer questions with confidence. Don't wear a lot of cologne (this can be overwhelming), and don't over dress (but dress nice/ business casual). Hold your head high, and give a firm handshake. Good luck in pursuing your career.

Let the interviewer do most of the talking. One thing a prospective employer doesn't want, is a talkative know it all. Dress appropriately, and try to answer the questions posed to you honestly, not the way you think they want it answered.
