Or when do companies hire new employees? I mean, what month or day? Thanks in advance

Companies usually hire as soon as they can. Not necessarily at the beginning or end of months. They may wait until after the Holiday season or after a new fiscal year starts to keep in line with budgets.

Companies hire people anytime they require to fill a position to do certain jobs.

generally when they are starting new projects which could happen at anytime .First of the year is a good time and at the end of there quarters. My advise is to put an application in and bug them about once a week or so.Make sure you are qualified for job you are wanting
