why is it that immergrants get the job before i do?

Question

every job i have gone for this year has employed a non bristish national instead of me. what is going on there?
i cant get a job anywhere and i have more qualifications than these people but they seem to have more rights than me to get a job in england.

i really hope i dont sound rasict coz im not its just these people dont even speak that much english but they get the job.

is it equal oppertunitys or political correctness gone mad?

Perhaps they can spell better than you? It's ironic you criticse others for not being able to speak much English, and then go on to show a total incomprehension of it yourself.

Maybe it's because they can spell better than you? Or maybe their attitude is better? You may have more qualifications than "these people" but it doesn't make you a better person. If you have so many qualifications, why don't you change the type of job you are looking for, or even re-train? The work is out there if you are prepared to look for it. Yes, you're right. Companys shouldn't use them as cheaper labour but at the same time, they are running a business.

Perhaps they write English better than you do and maybe just maybe they speak it better than you do.
For example you do not use commas, apostrophes and instead of because you write COZ. You have spelt immigrants and opportunities incorrectly. No capital letters at the start of sentences.
These all point to the way you speak. Smarten up on all this and you could see a change.

The same reason why it happens in America. Because they are willing to work the job for less pay. Its helps the company cut cost, they get the job and you are still out searching. Life sucks like that sometimes.

Maybe because they figure if you can't spell immigrant or opportunities then you aren't quite what they are looking for. Besides that if you have earned 405 points this week then maybe you're not spending enough time out there applying. You sound like an American.

If someone can get a job before you do maybe you dont work hard enough. Immigrants are very very hard workers and they are willing to break thier back for the job. you have to give that same effort.

It is all in the presentation. If you present your self as bad as you sound and as bad as you spell, no wonder they are overlooking you. you may have all the necessary skills and qualifications, but you still have to sell yourself.
