I have retired from my former job and now I don't know what to do with myself. Because of a little, so-called "alcohol problem", I've lost my ability to make personal appearances at the larger comic conventions (one tiny little episode of public indecency - people can be so judgemental!).

What's a washed up former super-hero to do?

I'm job hunting at the min, and am revising my CV and looking for more interview techniques/tactics.

Anyone got any good tips or hints they'd like to share? I'm not really looking for CV builder websites and the like, just any good answers to classic interview questions people have got from experience etc.

Wish me luck!

I recently accepted an internship offer in which after three months, there is a possibilty that it will turn into a permanent position. I am guessing whether I get the full-time permanent position is contingent on my performance and whether there are any positions available after the three months. How do I improve my chances of turning the internship into a permanent job? How do I let my employers know that I want to work with them after the three months are over? Have any of you ever been in my situation? I've already had one internship after college graduation, and I am really hoping this is my last internship I have to do before I get a full-time permanent job.

Hey guys. I'm a 24/F female, relatively fit and active. I am an occasional marijuana user, as in I smoke up to three times a month. The last time I smoked weed was about 2.5 weeks ago. Before that I smoked three times that month. I have to take a drug test (most likely a urine test) in four days. What are the chances that I will pass the drug test? I took an at-home drug test and passed it. I took it again to make sure and I got a negative again. I have high metabolism and I know that's important because I know THC is stored in fat. Should I trust my at-home drug tests and hope for the best?

I understand that Americans get only one or two weeks' paid leave per year, even if they are in quite senior positions. Here in the UK 4 weeks is standard, more as you move into more senior positions. I wondered how historically it had come about that Americans get such little time off work, how they feel about it and how it works in practice - do they actually only go away for one week a year or do they have some unofficial way of getting a decent break from work?

I’ve been making a living online now for years & PAS is far from a scam.

Not only am I a PAS associate & make my living online but I personally work with several individuals who continually make multiple 5 & 6 figures a month with The Prosperity Automated System.

Everyone & anyone can make money with PAS!

The Prosperity Automated System is the first company to actually create a system so that anyone from any background can come in and start to make money without having to have a sales and marketing background. The Prosperity Network has a marketing platform in place for you & Your Very Own Sales Force Closes All Of Your Deals For YOU!

Yes all sales are closed for you; you will never pick up the phone.

When The Prosperity Network says,

“How does the idea of earning $3000 to $9000+ a week, with out any selling, prospecting, or even talking to anyone sound to you?”

It may sound too good to be true, right? Well it is true & with PAS, if you are serious about a home based business, it is too good to pass up.

At my work we are fighting to get a attendance policy in writting. People are being written up after some miss 3 days some 2 and some even 4 days. We want to make sure everyone is getting the same treatment, with writeups/suspensions.

I can see the companys point, (use this as an example) If they tell everyone that they can call in 2 days in a 4 month period and not get introuble, people will take advantage of it because there is no disciplinary action. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is extremely important for me to find an answer. Also the company I work for says they are using an attendance policy they just do not want anyone to know the specifics of it ie...days missed with no action/days missed with writeup/days missed with suspension. Thanks again
