Snail mail, email is to easy to delete. Hopefully you have a contact name to send your resume to. Attn. H.R. isn't going to get much notice.

If it's unsolicited, snail mail rather than email.

Call first. Many companies just toss resumes if they're not in response to a current or anticipated job opening.
