The last 30 years I can't help you with, sorry. Federal minimum wage in the US has been the same for the last 10 years.

also please look at the chart on this link. Despite other answers here, the wage is not the same in all states. In fact 6 states do not have the min wage law & several pay higher. It's very enlightening

The minimum wage is set by the Federal Government. It is the same all across the nation.
