I hate seeing men doing what to me is having no respect for themselves. At the office, I hate men being suck-ups. I'm a man, and you just couldn't get me to do it. It's pathetic to me seeing me laughing at everything the boss says even if it's not funny, agreeing with eveyr commment no matter how stupid.

How would you feel if you knew your husbands was the very brown nose, or big kiss-up?

I want to switch to working from home. I do scheduling, some billing, and alot of marketing and advertising for the company. Where can I find a company to work for, that is a home based position. I don't want my own business, but I am starting a family, I am 4 months pregnant. I do not want to lose an income. as I have an excellent one. I need some legit ideas. can anyone help? Im not looking for people to advertise their work at home scams on here. Im looking for actual ideas or information on how to find a company to work for. Thanks in advance.

I think this is called the Investment Banking field, but I'm not sure. I was thinking either Economics or Internatioal Political Economy, but whatever you guys come up with is fine. I need all the advice I can get. Thanks

Got my bonus from work. Was only HALF of what it always is! (Yes, I am pissed). How do I ask my boss why he only gave me half when I know he gave my other co-workers their usual bonus amount?? I know I do good work.

My partner is considering joining the army, im fine about it as we have discussed all issues. He was going to join a while back but then i fell pregnant so he didnt, but now the baby is a bit older he wants to join again. I think its a good idea as it is a good life when your in the army, as my sisiter's partner also is in the army. Also im a qualified nursery nurse so it will be easy to find jobs in the english army schools wherever we get posted. Me and my partner really feel its good career prospects. We have 2 children, 2 girls, aged 2 years and 6 months. Some people disagree with us, especially my partners mum, as she keeps saying what if you die or get posted to iraq, i feel she is trying to put him off and is being selfish, although i do understand she is his mum & is right to worry. But she should also be happy and proud of him shouldnt she? My partner has gone to see about it today and signup for his training. Do you think we are right to join? Please help.

Apparently former employers aren't allowed to write you a bad reference, but you're not allowed to see the reference that they wrote - at least that's what my agency told me- so like, who's gonna report them if it's bad, surely they'll just pass on to the next CV?

My friend is a brilliant songwriter and has a natural talent but has only written on paper for fun. I joked with her that she should try and make some money from it but how would she go about getting a record company to buy her work? (if that's what they do). Helpful advice only thanks.
