Yes you can, but be aware. The UK Casino industry is very very different to the US industry. Here in the UK, tips of any kind are not permitted to croupiers, and the average wage of a croupier outside of the M25 (rough london boundary), is only £14,000. This is £15,000 UNDER the UK average wage. Inside central London, the wages are higher, but the work is very very competitive and it is very difficult to secure a well paid job as a croupier due to the quality of the other applicants / current employees. So, in conclusion, yes, you can probably get work, but it will not be well paid, and you will not get any tips of any kind. I hope this helps.

I cant see why not, you'd probably need to come in on an HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant Permit) visa. I would approach some casinos first to see if they would be interested in sponsoring you.
