You cannot say a particular moment as the most happiest in one's life. The intensity of the feeling of highest happiness differs from person to person, situation to situation, age to age and stage to stage in life. Wedding day, the day of receiving an appointment order, becoming rich by overnight after winning a lottery, the birth of your first child are all the happiest moments but it depends on how you take them emotionally. However you could have said to the interviewer that getting selected for that job would have been the happiest moment in that stage of your life. In my opinion, the interviewer's question is technically vague.

The happiest moment in my life was when I could come back and spent my time with my parents with all my brothers and sisters after a gap of 3 years away from home.

The interviewer is not so much interested in the actual happiest moment of your life, rather to see how you communicate and think.

Happiest Moment..erm..I think every moment in my life is worth labelling as "the happiest moment of my life". Cuz i believe that u have got to njoy life to the fullest rather than dividing half of it into a sad part and the remaining half into happy..Dividing shows that u dont knw what life actually is my dear!

3) When they stop blowing sound horn ....

4) When the Indians stop burning wood and throw color on others in the name of festival Holi....
