Most brokers only pay the nurse 40%-50% of the contract dollar. I would rather do the work of getting the contract, but have questions as to how to get started. I would appreciate any insights from people already doing any variation of this approach.

ive been just promoted to supervisor, to an already established team, and the are not taking to me as well as i thought they would. the leaders they had before me were all hard ***'s and i didnt want to adopt that style of leadership, but, i could understand why the other leaders were that way with them. im totaly prepared to be a hard ***, but my suervisor and her boss want me to be less like the other leaders. calm sweet, not so bossy, things along that line, i really feel thats what they are used to and that the style of leadership i should adopt. is it better to be feared and respected, or love?

I feel like he has gone to bat for me to get me this promotion, and I appreciate the faith he has in me. However, I do not wish to appear as if I am a kiss @#$%.

I can't find any jobs in Chicago, except for cashier, sales representitive, package handler, and in grocery shop, which I am not going to do at all. I am looking to work as a pharmacy technician, or as a receptionist at a Hospital or clinic. But can't find any! I need job very badly, I don't know where to look. I have been going online to look for them since last year, but when ever I apply no one replys back. I have been using yahoo hotjobs.com, monster, and chicagotribune. I am a junior in university without any degree. What should I do? :(

I worked at a pet store for 3 weeks. I did everything my boss said, I cleaned up the store, cleaned all 40 animal cages by myself! Price marked stuff, i sold pets and pet supplies to customers, I helped customers too. Then out of the blue he tells me "Your a nice kid I like you but your just not what were looking for." Just Like that he fires me. I dont get it, all the employees in the store like me and laughed at my jokes, my boss even did!! His daughter even thought I was funny. I dont know what I did wrong. Why did he fire me can someone tell me.

I haven't had a job ever since I turned 16 years old. But I do this work experience program called, "Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21." You get assigned to job coaches and they are to take you to a job-site to just get experience with no money involved. You get to go to various types of places such as daycares, supermarkets, dollar stores, libraries, etc... I've been doing that program for about 3 years. When I'm filling out job applications, I fill out everything except for the emploment history column. Now, should I possibly put on my job applications the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21 volunteer work experience information on the employment history column, or should I just leave it blank?
