u'll never be a boss if u continue asking such questions, anyway y do u think ur boss is an idiot, are u stealing from him and he's not finding out, or u believe u can run the office better than he does, anyway watch urself or u might be out on the streets again looking for another job...i have a lot of ppl working for me and it amazes me that one of them will think i'm idiotic cos i want the accounts ready first thing in the money or cos i didn't give that riase or assignment that he has been hoping for, i have to give it to whom i think will do a better job and not u, ok, go and start up ur own business u are that smart, u think its easy being a boss, u know how i got to where i am today? Humble ur self and learn from ur boss, respect is reciprocal...good luck

Sometimes because they are so busy they don't have time to stop and think what they are about to do. They just do it. Also, most of the time, they are being pressured by other idiotic bosses who don't have time to stop and think what they're doing.
