Try doing some free-write activities to get your mind flowing. Force yourself to write non-stop for five minutes, once a day. You can take material from your free-write activities to get inspiration from your book. Once you've got an idea in mind, you can make an outline. You don't have to start writing at the beginning, either, you can start with Chapter 10 or you can even start with the final paragraph!

Hi, angel, my name is Hank. There are several ways to start your book. It was a warm and sunny day... It was a dark and rainy night..., a little trite, huh? I just cut my finger opening my soda and was reminded of... As I turned the doorknob to enter... You get the idea?
What you need to do is pick a subject, create characters who flow with the subject, and define what you want your ending to be. I believe after you do some of these preliminaries that the creative juices will be dislodged from the firing neurons in your brain; thereby, causing your pen to take off like a tsunami on a merciless run for the nearest land.
Really, angel, after you get started it's much easier. Yet, even though, I started with poetry and prose, myself, for the life of me, I have not been able to get to a novel or book, yet. I don't know if I have the discipline for that much dialog. I wish you luck with yours.

Maybe start with an outline of what you want to happen in the book then take those categories and start writing about them. They will come together eventually
