You can still list it on Your Resume... just say the company is no longer in operation.

Put it on your resume just like anything else. If they ask you about it in the interview, you can say that it is out of business. Who ever you give your resume to is interested in what you did at the company, and unless you are responsible for it going out of business, you have nothing to worry about. They may want the name or contact number of an individual that can vouch for your time spent working there or your responibilities there.

DO NOT list them as a reference (unless you have the current contact info for your supervisor), but DO include it in your work history. Don't bother mentioning that the company has gone out of business- only bring it up if they ask during an interview. Whether or not the company exists today does not affect what you did when you worked there.

Just supply the information. You can always explain verbally that they are no longer in business. They really just want the experience, anyway.

still list it as a reference because you did work there... if they ask you about it just let them know that its not longer in business...it may help to bring like a check stub or somethin for proof of you being an actual employee...just a thought.
