I drank a lot of coffee this morning; as a result my bladder is acting hyperactively. This last trip to the urinal, I started unzipping my pants about 5 feet from the washroom, and continued walking towards the door. By the time I got to the door and opened it, I had prematurely whipped out my schlong. This was an error in judgement on my part. Usually the washroom is empty; it is very rare for someoone to be in there. However, this time, my boss was washing his hands at the lavatory, whilst I was standing there with my weiner pointed towards the ground ready to serve as a conduit for the urine I was about to excrete. Things got really awkward really fast. My boss told me to leave and never come back to the office again for indecent exposure, as it looked like I was just showing him my willy. Do I have a lawsuit for false advertising?

I was terminated from my position i had for 3 years, recently our deposit came up short. I was placed on leave, investigations took place, sherriff interviewed me, board of supervisors cross examined my statement. I proved to them I didn't take it. It was indeed misplaced. However when I was terminated for this mishap, I indeed admit I didnt properly lock up the money, so i got terminated for dishonesty. Unemployment denied my claim because they said that my boss said i had took money from them for my own use.

W worked for the company for 4 mths and my boss was really flexible. This is the greatest job I have ever had but due to the problems I have had with the babysitters I want to move back home where I already have another job. All my family is over there so I am excited about it. But should I stay until the end of the month (even if I don't want to because my new job requires me to be over there in 2 wks! I don't know how to tell my boss no or should I stay just so that I won't look bad. He doesn't have anyone to cover my position. I don't know what to do.

I am a middle level manager and in mid 30s. Not sure what to do to gain more wealth & money. Sometimes feel kind of stressed up with life whenever think of financial constraints. Even though I lead a moderate life style by driving a old 10 year old car, I still feel the pressure. Maybe this is the rat race i am getting into just like many other salary earning people out there.

There must be a good reason for that. My brother used to be a member of the UAW and his job went to China. At one time he made 21.95 per hour. Now he's in a factory making 9.75 per hour. 90% of the people who work there are foreign people. They have very little benifits and no sick leave. Did the UAW cause this? You know, wanting too much money and the factories had to leave for China?

I am an Administrative Assistant with nearly 10 years experience. I know the Microsoft Office Professional suite like the back of my hand and can use all the features - without thinking about it.

I type about 80wpm, can format a letter 6 different ways, am a good communicator with all levels of an organization, have excellent references and am generally very well respected by my peers.

So, why can't I find a company that is willing to hire me?

My resume is well formatted, not to long, not to short, great companies, high level experience - everything that employers are looking for.

What is wrong?

O.k. I think I am done ranting and raving, but seriously, why is it so hard to find a job?
