I am interested in finding Cramers picks by the day. I would like to see what happens the next day... kinda does TV influence the market. I tried finding them with a search but with all the layers it was going to be difficult. I can find the other information without much trouble, but the list in order of the show is what I need.

Thanks

I worked in a war zone for 300 days. I lost my job at no fault of my own, was forced to come home and be unemployed. I couldn't claim unemployment insurance because the company I worked for was based out of a different state than I lived.
As a result, I had to live off of the money I saved for taxes.
What will the IRS do? It was 1099. How much taxes will be owed on 70k? And I did form a business for write offs, but never had a chance to open another bank account with the EID? What can I do?

Thank you.

If you have signed a lease for a year, and nowhere in the lease does it say that you are NOT allowed to have pets and you go out and get a dog then you are told that you have to get rid of the dog, can this be enforced?

We have a small jack russell and i read our lease over carefully before buying him and nowhere in the lease did it say anything about a no pets policy. Can they still make me get rid of my dog even though there is nothing that states that I can't have him?

330 day rule. If someone is out of country only 300 days, do they have to pay taxes only on the income they made while being back the 60 days, or do they have to pay income tax of everything they made?

Second question. The rule states any 12 month period out of country, can a month that was claimed the in the previous tax year also be claimed for another tax year. i.e Dec-Dec. Thanks.

I am trying to craft my investment strategy as I am going to begin to invest in stocks very soon. I have been reading alot, and I came across "Put Options", as away of insuring the stocks against heavy loss.
In your experience is using "Put Options" a good idea in general. Or is it sufficient to use only "Stop Loss" instead?

Thanks for the advice.

i've worked in the food industry for about 8 year. from supermarkets to bakeries to upscale casual dining. my training is in baking and pastry, but i'm a wiz on every station on the line, and i'm great with banquet prep. i'm also pretty good at soups and sauces.

my problem is i want to move to the next level and become a sous chef, but i have no formal training with ordering, food cost, scheduling, and overseeing a kitchen. i have the upmost confidense that i could learn to do these things in a short period of time.

how do i explain my lack of experience in these areas, and get hired for the postion.

I still have 5 months left on my lease, but money is tight. My boyfriend lost his job and we just can't afford it anymore. Our property manager is a B**** and has no people skills what so ever. The apartment is the largest on the property and has a huge yard(for a apartment) so it is a desirable apartment. We are desperate to get out. It is the 4th and we still haven't paid the rent. We are willing to pay for the time we are here now but we can't pay for the entire month.
