IF MY TENANTS MOVE FROM MY BUSINESS PROPERTY,WILL MY PROPERTY TAXES GO UP?

No. The taxes are based on the assessed value. So they won't change. The actual market value may go down if the property is vacant, but hopefully your local government doesn't re-assess very often.

I'm in the USA.

I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but the answer is no. Taxes are based on the building and land; not the occupants.
