I managed to find one reference only - however the web site given ( www.mr-international.com ) does not exist.

If the Company itself exists, it doesn't have a web presence that can be found via google.

There IS a company with a similar name (MRI Overseas Property), so perhaps this is some sort of SCAM ??

There are a lot of "fake job" scams going around at the moment = you get an email offering you a job - from a company you never applied to and have never heard of - but with a name similar to a real company ..

There are 2 main types of Scam .

1) The job requires you to submit your Passport / Birth Certificate / Driving Licence details (in addition to your name & address - funny how they offer jobs to people without even knowing their names & addresses :-) ) ... these details are then used in Identity Theft to obtain loans etc in your name (do you know how EASY it is to re-mortgage your house in some scammers name ??)

2) Variations on the Advanced Fee Fraud -
a) to get the job you have to pay for Visa applications, Flight tickets etc (they will have a list of fees as long as your arm = each one will be 'the absolute last fee', all 'guaranteed to be reimbursed' - in fact they may even send you a fake cheque to 'cover the cost' and 'one months advance wages' - every time you pay some fee they will think up another one ...
b) you are sent cheques to cash on their behalf - you take some %% commission and send the rest on by Western Union etc. of course the cheques 'bounce' weeks (or months) later and your Bank takes the money back out of your account (that's when you discover that it's not possible to get your money back from Western Union etc) ..

NB. Most advance fee fraud depends on the victim being to greedy and stupid to wonder why there is a difference between the "money" being offered, and the money they are paying out ...
