Tell them you would like a copy of your job discription, just for your own personal knowledge. also, when they advertised the position, where there any duties listed?
And im sure they wouldnt want you to slip and fall in your office attire, or pay workmans comp.

Tell him there's nothing administrative about shoveling snow. Snow shovelers make (whatever twice your pay is).

Seriously, point out to them that the reason who are leaving is all the personal errands and other tasks that would never be included as duties of an admin asst.

You need to study your contract of work and determine exactly what your duties are. In other words, what did you sign up for?
It's normal to do a few 'grunt' jobs when you start, but those ones you outlined seem a bit far from normal.
