Looking for real estate in US or UK and it's outrageous.
I think one should be able to buy for 3 times average salary in a decent area, so at least a 40% discount on current prices.
Am I crazy or just wise or looking in the wrong place ?
IMF says 40% overvalued, are they right ?
OECD says UK worst place to bring up kids, are they right ?
Please help a.m.a.p. As much as possible !
Thanks everyone !

I'm set up to job shadow my orthodontist (in hopes of employment) but I'm clueless as of what to wear! I'm assuming my scrubs wouldn't be necessary since I probably wouldn't actually be working, but I'm afraid of being too "formal" when I accompany her. What are your thoughts on a wardrobe?

We are going to be buying a house and my grandmother is giving us $30,000 cash towards the house for a down payment. Is there a way to avoid a gift tax? She actually found the money at her deceased sisters home, and has not put it into her bank account. Whats the best way to handle this?

The basic fee is the agreed upon price for the product/service. If the fee is not paid there is legal recourse. Is not a late payment fee basically one side of the transaction declaring the price of the product already delivered is now greater than that agreed on. How can that be legal?

because they are the ones responsible for putting Americans into debt. In my opinion, Americans' lack of personal responsibility is what is getting them into debt. Keeping up with the Jones's is the #1 cause of credit card debt. You and you alone are responsible for your finances. if you cannot understand simple economics, you really shouldn't be messing around with credit cards, or any other type of monthly payment plan.
