with 20 + years in Customer Service there are so many "difficult" customers that you just deal with each person on a one on one basis.
The main thing to remember is that you are providing a service and as such the adage that the customer is always right must be in the back of your mind at all times. Consumers today vote with the wallet. there are so many companies out there that do the same thing it's easy to leave this company go across the street and go to that company and spend your money there.

I have several awards from each year I have been doing customer service but to single one out isn't necessary. I am still in this line of work because I am good at what I do....make people happy without giving away the store.

I take it your filling in a job application form???!!! lmao!! you cant just steal other peoples job history experiences!!!

My friend, I cant tell you what experience you have had! I dont know you or your previous jobs!

The best way to answer this is to think up who was really annoyed with the company you worked for previously, one particular customer will do, and what their grievance was, the skills you would use to overcome this should be: Listening quietly and respectfully to their complaint, offering a solution to their problem (outline what this was) and offering them an alternative if it wasnt suitable for their needs.

Achievements could be something like winning a team prize for most calls answered, a letter that was sent in about how helpful you were to someone or achieving targets and obtaining a bonus for this...

Good luck with it!

Well if you wanted to deal with a rude and difficult customer you must:-

1- calm him at first

2- ask him quietly whats the problem

3- try to negotiate with him and please him

4- most importantly don't raise your voice
