Pharmacy is a small world. Some of the local pharmacists might already know what happened. Try and state what happened very carefully. Whatever you do, don't badmouth the company. Just hope the local pharmacists haven't decided to black ball you.

Be up front and get it out in the open You cannot be comfortable knowing that a vengeful former employer may contact them after you are hired and tell only their side and make you look like a liar.
If your new employer knows the story and how the judge saw the case they will have knowledge that will help them recognize a vengeful act that will be relayed to them as a friendly warning about a problem employee.
The truth can be told in confidence, and silence can be seen as avoiding personal responsibility, not good in a pharmacy .

i don't think you have to tell someone that you are interviewing all those details. all they need to know are the dates you worked for the company. it's illegal for the company that fired you to say bad things, they can only say whether or not they would re-hire you. just call it "irreconcilable differences" with another employee or something along those lines. You certainly have the background to get a good job with another company without having to go into that much detail. try contacting some of the people you did business with as a pharmacy tech for job opportunities. good luck

Well, just be honest if ask... Because if you lie about it you could be in more trouble and possibly lose your job for not telling the truth..

idk, i guess dont tell them and if they ask just say you were wrongfully terminated and stuff like you said on here because you managed to talk about it on here without saying anything negative.
