Has anyone applied and got results from this email or is it just a scam?

Never open unsolicited email from an unknown sender. You will never find anything of value in this type of email. It is either spam, a scam, or worse, some kind of virus to infect your computer.
When you open this crap, it lets the sender know they have a live email addy and you will get tons more. Best thing to do is delete it all, unopened.

I get a lot of emails telling me I've won huge amounts in some non-existent lottery. Those are scams, too.
Yes, the emails you get about those loans are scams.
