Say you write out of the money options and they end in the money. If your broker automatically exercises for you what happens exactly? You'll buy the stock at market value, but then can you turn around and sell it right back at fair market value or will you only be able to sell it for that lower strike price? Seeing as only 15% of options get exercised and have to get sold for the cheaper strike price; can u just sell the remaining 85% back at fair market value immediately? I would love some help.

My husband and I are about to start bankruptcy, but I would like to know how badly it will really affect our credit. I know we cannot do much for owning our own home for approximately two years, but what about other debts, like car loans? Also, once someone has completed bankruptcy, what are some pointers you can offer to begin rebuilding credit (other than paying everything on time)? Thanks!

Whiter Ski Co. has developed a piece of land into a ski resort. The company cleared and graded the land and built ski lifts.

1.) Should the tree cutting, land clearing, and ski lifts be debited to the land account?

2.) If so, should they be depreciated?

I have bad credit due to a job loss but I have been working full time for quite a while now. I just have not been able to get back on my feet. When I was falling behind on my bills I started going to payday loans. Now I can't get out of the payday loans, I've applied for loans that are for people with bad credit, but my income is too low. I only make $1,300 a month so they won't approve me. I need to find one who will approve people with low income AND bad credit. I am an honest person, I don't intentionally fail to pay my debts, I just need a second chance to get my feet back on the ground. I can't get there though without help and extra money. Please let me know what I can do. It would be greatly appreciated.

Should I report this company?

I just do not feel comortable working there any more since I have noticed that those girls who work in the production side are all illegal immigrants. They hire them through the hiring agent. On the company record, the same people have been working for years, by using the same names and the SS#.

Plus, I have been telling the customers that our products are built in our facility, but we purchase the products mostly from the Chinese supplier, because it is cheaper than building in a house.

What would you say?

hi,
i have $4000 in my bank account in savings(not college fund) to mess around with. Instead of dwindling it away on buying sprees, I am deciding to put it in the stock market, so i can hopefully get some more money on it. Currently, my parents provide me with everything i need(16 years old), but they wont be around forever, and it would be nice to have some extra money in case of emergencies and to start my life as time goes on. How much could i expect to get out of my $4000?

How would i go about getting my money in the stock market? I would prefer to deal with a broker who would personally guide me in the right direction to get the most out of my money. What would be the best brokerage firm to go to where i could deal with someone who would be in charge of my account? It would also be good to get a financial plan for my life worked out, as i aspire to be rich.

Hopefully my investment in the stock market will get me pointed in the right direction. Please let me know what you think

I interviewed with a different supervisor and manger for this position. Neither however is available to help me deal with this issue. I have worked in the medical field many years. Recently having an injury preventing me from returning to contact position I took a medical insurance office job to utilize my skills. This is something totally different but I figured I would do well since there was suppose to be "3 wks of training and 6 months to really fit into the job comfortably" as I was told.
I just completed my 90 day probation period and received my first evaluation-it was poor. So poor to the point I have two weeks to change my performance or I’m fired. I have NEVER had a poor work performance evaluation before.
Apparently during the 90 days anytime I asked questions or had someone assist me with my new job, it was considered disciplinary actions taken against my work performance while I was under the impression I was still in the learning process. I am no longer to ask team members questions. My boss has informed me that she took "numerous measures by having trusted staff to assist me with my errors to overcome them and yet I continue to make mistakes". So literally I can not make ANY mistakes or ask questions. I think this is unreasonable, but I want to improve and keep this job that I really do like what I do.
What would you suggest?

The appointment is at 9.30 and I have school after, so is it ok to wear jeans and a collared button up to the interview?

Recently I asked to take a longer lunch because I had a doctor appt. and my boss asked me if I had a doctor appointment or if it was "something else". I think she was a bit paranoid that day because a coworker recently moved on to a different job and I think she is concerned I will too. I'm not (yet!).

For future reference:
Does it make a difference if it is a whole day or part of a day?

Does it matter what the time off is for? Examples: Medical? Funeral? Wedding? On the request for time off form I usually check "other" but I've also talked about what whatever I was doing.

PTO is banked together; no specific "vacation days" or "sick days". Personnel policies do not cover this specifically. It's a small, private, non profit funded by state and federal monies.

Boss is nosy and her work boundaries are a little loose which makes me uncomfortable so I'm increasingly touchy about this. I don't know what is legal and and what is not for her to ask me about.

I have several of both types of bonds. I am trying to save my home from foreclosure. Cashing these in would help. My question pertains to the fact these were purchased by my father for my children and are in my minor children's names. Some of them name me or my spouse as POD, some name my father. Am I able to cash these? And if so.... I found in a previous question asked on Yahoo! a woman stated the bonds will be reported as cashed to the person who purchased them, is that correct? I intend to purchase replacement bonds in the next year, so please don't criticize me about stealing from my children. As I see it, I can save the roof over their heads now and have to pay for college later, or have their college paid for but be living only God knows where. Any knowledge by professionals who deal with this on a daily basis, or if you are 100% sure of your knowledge. Please list your source. Thank you for your time and help!
