Is it even possible to get a perfect score? I think perfect is a 925. I have a 906 and have never had a blemish. Just wondering how they came up with 906. Would having all these dumb credit cards that want to preapprove me, snooping in my credit file, drop my score??

The U.S. Post Office just supplied me with voter registration change of party affiliation forms. They are prepaid postage - just fill-in and mail.

I go Independent. Now all I need is for a viable candidate to make the scene.

I want to start my business making wedding gowns and would like to do it initially from home due to my limited resources. Considering I don't have a store front, or a big marketing budget, any ideas on where I can find customers? I thought about going to where people get marriage licenses but I doubt they will give me any info, much less name of people I can contact.

Just wondering, if I did call the loan people (I go through Americredit) and said that I was having difficulites, what experiences have you had where they may work with me and what options would I get?

Lets say your just a regular guy or girl right out of highschool and were told that if you did not make $20,000 profit in one month or less, you and your family would be killed. Now, you dont have a career, and not much money to begin with. You may initially borrow money from the bank, but at the end of the month it must all be pure profit, and it cannot be done illegaly. And it must be built up from scratch, all within a month? What would you do, please mention any ideas, no matter how ridiculous they may sound, as long as it can generate that amount of money in that time.

Okay I have a credit card that I have had a few months and I have been paying off what I spend each month up until now.

For the next few months, I really need to use my credit. It is a $1000 limit and it says that my minimum payment only has to be $15 ( currently I only have about $450 available credit)

If I pay the $15 does my limit go back up to $1,000? And then how do I actually pay off everything I owe then I just make a bigger payment then they are asking? Can someone just explain this to me and will it make my credit look really bad if I only make the minimum payment for a few months then pay everything back?

So I currently have three credit cards:
-- American Express, limit of $12,100, a $2000 balance and I've had this credit card for 7 years
-- Bank of America, limit of $4000, a $0 balance, I've had this credit card for a 1 year and 8 months
-- Discover Card, limit of $6200, a $0 balance-- this is the credit card I want to cancel...should I? I've had it for 1 year and 3 months

My average credit score is 756...do you think cancelling my discover card will ruin my score?

The replacement was necessary because one of Carver's customers had accidentally backed his truck into Carver's original equipment and made it inoperable. Because of the accident, the equipment had no resale value to anyone and had to be scrapped. Carver's insurance policy provided for a replacement of Carver's equipment and paid the price of the new equipment directly to the new equipment manufacturer, minus the deductible amount paid to the manufacturer by Carver. The $4,000 that Carver paid was the amount of the deductible that Carver has to pay on any single claim on its insurance policy. The new equipment represents the same value-in-use to Carver. The used equipment had originally cost $65,000. It also had a book value of $45,000 at the time of the accident and a second-hand market value of $50,800 before the accident, based on recent transactions involving similar equipment. Freight and installation charges for the new equipment required Carver to pay an additional $1,100 cash.

I have a question regarding renting a apartment. I have 1300 dollars, but my credit is torn to shreds due to identity theft, and I have a felony drug possession conviction on my background. Can anyone give me any advice on what I should do for securing housing, or do I face homelessness for good?
