Landscaping is almost seasonal. You are really busy during spring and summer, and not so much during the winter months.

Chefs- work long hours, often late nights and most holidays.

Barber- doesn't pay great, work long hours, dealing with all sorts of people you may or may not like, and alot of competition for business.

Sports broadcasting- VERY, very difficult to get into. Very competitive market. You work every holiday at the big games, taking you away from your family frequently. You may be forced to cover sports/teams you don't particularly care for. You have to be the expert on everyone in the sports. It's alot of work. Just a sports reporter for a news channel might be better.

But it's all about what you want to do with your life.
