The U.S. Post Office just supplied me with voter registration change of party affiliation forms. They are prepaid postage - just fill-in and mail.

I go Independent. Now all I need is for a viable candidate to make the scene.

Not sure what the INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) has to do with voting.
