Should I report this company?

I just do not feel comortable working there any more since I have noticed that those girls who work in the production side are all illegal immigrants. They hire them through the hiring agent. On the company record, the same people have been working for years, by using the same names and the SS#.

Plus, I have been telling the customers that our products are built in our facility, but we purchase the products mostly from the Chinese supplier, because it is cheaper than building in a house.

What would you say?

It is illegal to knowingly hire individuals without valid work authorization. All employers are required to verify their new hires' work authorization after hire.

If you employer is knowingly hiring individuals without work authorization, you may report your employer to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly named the INS). Their web site is http://www.uscis.gov and their phone number is 1-800-375-5283.

The penalties for hiring people without work authorization are steep.

The second is simple: most people are not psychotic bigots and are willing to help others who are sick--no questions asked. As Jesus (who was an illegal immigrant to Egypt when He was young) taught. As to the first--also simple. By hiring illegals, criminal businesspeople can pay sub-market was and, because the pay is under the table, pocket a big part of the money--starting with all the money that should be paid in taxes. In a word: greed. Have you noticed--the right wing bigots that keep whining about illegals never do anything to fix the problem. Like the GOP Congress--that did NOTHING from 1995onward to address the immigration problem--except make racist remarks.

Call the INS and report illegal workers at your work site. Your company is a dishonest business telling customers lies on the products they sell. If your integrity is compromised, you should look for another job and you will feel much better going to work each day. Work for a company that is honest and hires legal citizen.

Yes, You should!

First of all, "they" are not suppose to be in your country and working in your company minus job opportunites for others like you. Imagine if you let them stay, one day our post may be replace by one of them and you will lose your job.

Secondly, your company will get heavier fines / punishments the longer they stay.

Lastly, they may commit crimes in your country during their stay that's maye why your govt disallow them to come in legally.

From Point of view of someone out there.

If I had my way, the companies owners and managers would be given the death penalty.

This, in my book, is a form of blatant treason. It is directly crippling our country.
