You mean the SCAM email that tells you that you have won the Microsoft something something lottery (which of course you didn't even buy a ticket for)? That one? Sure, people ask about that here every day, and I've personally gotten many of those emails.

Just delete it, you didn't win anything. If you reply, they'll tell you that you need to send money for a delivery fee, or courier fee, or some other cost to get your "prize". Send it and you won't hear from them again unless you look sufficiently gullible that they try to get even MORE money from you. You won't see the promised prize.
