A friend of mine said if I make a certain amount of income selling on Etsy.com I have to pay taxes on it. Is this true, and if so, what kind of taxes would I be paying, and how much? Also, would your age matter, for instance, if you were under 18 would you be charged special taxes?

The interview was last Weds, right before Thanksgiving. They told me they would call me sometime this week to let me know. I got so caught up with the holiday and did not send a thank you card, which I know I should have done. Is it too late to send this now? It would probably get there in 1 day since I live in the same town. I have his email address as well, should I do this instead or continue with the note?

I have a what I think to be huge breasts for my age and they do cause me to have some shoulder and back pains. I am wanting to have a reduction then possible a small implant so they will still look good. How can I get my insurance to do this?

I need to make £7K until next June so I can pay off some debts. I am not after a career, and because I failed at uni and my work experience is awful, the only job that seems decent and that it shouldn't be a problem to get quickly is a motorcycle courier (in London).

I have a Suzuki GS 500 with a pannier. I am going to buy a GPS system with which I assume the job will become easy (I won't keep getting lost). My insurance is estimated at £80/month.

I've done the job 2 years ago (only for 1 month), but I only made £300-£350/ week. My fuel costs were about £50/week I think. But I think now with the GPS system I won't get lost all the time, so I am assuming I can make more.

I'd like to hear some advice if it's possible to reach my target by 1 June, even better by 1 of May. Remember I am not looking for a long term career, and can bear the harsh conditions as its only 6 months, and after my debt is clear I won't need to work anymore.

Some alternative employment suggestions also helpful

VIEW ONE: Shareholders bear the risks and should have the final say on how public companies are run.

VIEW TWO: Modern competitive conditions require a 'stakeholder' approach to running public companies.

VIEW THREE: The only way business and communities can develop together is if businesses are owned and run by the communities they are in.

I sold a computer on eBay, 100% working and even had a video recording of the computer being turned on and tested before it was sent out.

The buyer now states that the computer is DOA and is not working and is filing a paypal claim against me to receive his money back.

What should I do? Whos more at fault? I clearly stated that there are no refunds and I am not responsible for anything else, and assumed the buyer knew what he was doing and knew how to build computers.

Here is the eBay listing:

Heres the video recording:

I don't know what's gunna happen and who's side paypal will reside on! Please give me some useful tips! I can still say things on the dispute so help me on that too!

Theres only men work at my workplace (building retail), theres 8 of us working a rota.
I'm Assistant Manager, ive only worked there 6 months, The Manager has just taken on a woman and left me to deal with it as hes on holiday when she is due to start.
Dont get me wrong, i'm more than happy to work with a woman but i am a little concerned as the job entails a lot of heavy lifting and physical work and though i have never seen this woman i'm told shes about 5ft tall and frail looking. Also we only have one toilet with two cubicles.
Whats the law situation with that? must women have their own separate toilet facilities or can she share our cubicles or have one for herself?
Im just confused by it all and cant understand why its been left to me, i feel in a no-win situation, i dont want to seem sexist by making allowances for her, but at the same time i was brought up with old fashioned values, i open doors and give my seat up for ladies, it will be hard to ask her to shift bricks.
