There are 2 main groups of Investors.

The first group make research solely on Fundamental Analysis. They learn and study everything about the company, product, management, financial reports, analysis reports and etc......including news.

The second group research only on the Technical Charts of the stock. They based their findings on the Candlesticks, Indicators and sometimes charting softwares as well.

Both have their own pros and cons from the research itself. I have known some Traders make money from only one kind of research and wouldn't want to go the extra mile to research the other.

What is your point of view?

I and my Fiance are both Christians. Right now, things aren't...well, let me say that we are both very blessed. I don't mean to say that we are 'blessed' in a way that makes us seem self-righteous. We certainly have our share of problems. But when looking at the glass as half full, I see that God has done many kind things for us, many of which we are scarcely aware.

In terms of money, I suppose that everyone could be doing better, and that everyone could also be doing worse. We could be doing better.

Although I have only just recently assimilated the practice of tithing again, I am trying to get my life right with God and on the straight and narrow path.

Aside from what may very well be obvious things, such as going to Church, prayer, tithing, reading the Bible, and so forth, what else do we need to do to use our money according to Biblical principles?

We need to shun debt, correct?

What else?

Thanks for your input.

I have been unemployed for some time and believe me, I've tried to get back to work. Anyway, I don't have any money left and I cannot pay for my mortgage any more. I am current on my payments, but I've come to the end of the rope.

I know I can default my payment and see what happens. I know I could "borrow" money from a credit card or a relative. But, here is the question... Can I just sign all papers and "surrender" my house to the bank? If I stop paying, they will come back after me, ruin my credit and eventually repossess and foreclose my property. I just want to cut the "middle process" and simply surrender my property to the bank, pack my things and leave. Is this possible?

I am in college and need help economically. So I want to file a FAFSA to see if I can get any help. Would they help me if I never have to file taxes? I get paid in cash and therefore taxes are not reduced from my payment. So is there an alternative way to file for taxes?

If it still exists, how much is the tax credit, and does it count if I were to buy a used hybrid instead of a new one?

I'm in the final stages of a humanities degree and even though my degree isn't particularly related to it I'd like to work in the hotel or tourism industry. I know I'm going to have to work my way up and would love to be a hotel receptionist after my degree as I think I have the personal qualities for that kind of work. I've been browsing all the jobs websites and don't mind moving anywhere in the UK, but pretty much all non-temporary positions you need experience for!
So I thought I could be a general receptionist in any kinda of business (I'm not fussy) for a year or two to get some experience as a few of those jobs don't say experience is a requirement, but do you think general reception experience would be good enough for hotel work?
Also do I have a better chance of getting a reception job at a small company like a B&B and where do those places advertise?

Alright, I bought XXX dollars in stocks about a month ago, when the DOW was setting records. Right now, my portfolio has lost about 7% of its worth. 11% when you factor in maintenance fee that i paid upfront.

Is that bad?

This might be a really stupid question, but I'm inexperienced! I need to put something for "date available." I'm available any time, I guess, but I don't know a professional way to put that. "Anytime" just doesn't sound right, so what would be a better way to say that? I don't really have a specific date in mind. Thanks.

I am trying to find out who I contact about this. I am not in debt so it wouldn't be credit counselling. All I want is someone to sit down take all our income and all our debt then put us on a budget so that we aren't strapped. I want to know how much we are alotted each week without going over our budget and still making ends meet. What profession am I looking for? I tried Financial planner but that is mostly investments. I have tried debt management but I am not really "in" debt.I just need a plan!!

I'm 21 and good looking and I really need a second job. I'm sort of feminist and I don't really like the idea of walking around in sexy clothes and getting paid for it, but I think since it's not stripping or anything like that, then I could probably handle it. I work odd hours at a cleaning business during the morning and early afternoon and that's why Its hard for me to find a second part-time job because it has to be at night. I was thinking a restaurant would be my only option--I can't really handle insane places however like coney islands though, because I was bad at it. Should I give it a try? I don't plan on working there forever but I heard they make GREAT money.

I recently was accepted as an employee with an agency. This job requires me to move out of state. Some of the current terms of my mortgage contract are 1. I cannot lease the property or have it as a source of income and 2. I must make the property my primary residence. These two things would obviously conflict with my transition to another state.
