as far as at the qt you would need to check with them to see if they accept payment by check, a lot of places will no longer do so...
you can write a check to cash and then take it to your bank and get money out...or most grocery stores will still take checks with proper photo id and many of them let you write the check for between $20 and $50 over so you could get cash that way.

Make the check out to cash. At the QT write it to the name of the QT if they will accept it.

You write it to 'cash' if you want to get money out. You can also go to the bank and just fill out a 'withdrawl' slip. Hope this helps!!
